The BBQ set comes with a big hotcho- Japanese style kitchen knife and a big fork. Both blade and the fork are made with XC75 carbon steel . Beautiful rosewood handle, chestnut shape for the hotcho knife.

  • The big Hotcho kitchen knife blade with selective quenching, the temper line is visible, chestnust shape. Length 220mm included the ricasso, width 32.6mm, thickness 3.5mm and total length 350mm. Weight 224gr.
  • The big fork : carbon steel, length total 315mm. Weight 218gr
