The BBQ set comes with a big hotcho- Japanese style kitchen knife and a big fork. Both blade and the fork are made with XC75 carbon steel . Beautiful sralao handle have rosewood tip, chestnut shape for the hotcho knife.

  • The big Hotcho kitchen knife blade with selective quenching, the temper line is visible, chestnust shape. Length 225mm included the ricasso, width 32.6mm, thickness 3.6mm and total length 355mm. Weight : 202gr.
  • The big fork : carbon steel, length total 315mm. Weight : 188gr.
