Thanks to selective tempering this true kitchen knife has a long lasting, razor-sharp edge.

  • Hand forged DNH7 steel blade with selective quenching. Length 5.16″, middle thickness 0.08″.
  • Beak pommel, hidden tang handle has redwood-like G10 scales fixed by 3 Silver Nickel rivets.
  • Overall 9.21″, weight 4.59oz.
