Susume Bati, Japanese-inspired little Kaïken straight knife. Citadel is one of only a handful of sword makers worldwide that still produces fittings in this manner. Polished steel blade with central ridge, double edge. White polished Same rayskin handle. Black lacquered jackwood with moon saya. Entirely handmade by Citadel.

Description

Piece Unique.

  • Hand-forged and polished DNH7 ( 1075) carbon steel blade with central ridge, double edge, visible selective temper line (Hamon Midare), tempered copper Habaki mounted on the blade. Length 82mm including habaki, thickness at habaki 5mm.
  • White polished Same handle with grey spots, buffalo horn Mekugi, bronze Fushi and Kashira
  • Black lacquer Saya with moon, bronze Koigushi. Width 37mm.
  • Overall 158mm, weight 142gr.

Delivered in its silk sleeve and storage pouch.
